- I love salt water fishing best, but also love streams and lakes. I have a small boat that I go 5 miles out off the NC coast on good days. I enjoy camping in the NC mountains in the spring and fall. Cool nights and warm days are my favorites. My best companion is my faithful dog. He's a black lab who's as smart as he is loving. He goes with me on every outing.
